Payment Policy

1. Standard Payment Structure

Infonix Cloud follows the following payment schedule unless otherwise stated in the quotation:

| Milestone | Percentage | |-----------|-----------| | Advance Payment | 40% | | Mid-Project Payment | 30% | | Before Final Delivery | 30% |

2. Non-Refundable Advance

The advance payment is strictly non-refundable.

If a client cancels a project after the advance payment has been made, the advance amount shall not be refunded.

3. Project Suspension

If the client fails to provide the scheduled mid-project payment:

  • Development work may be paused.
  • Timelines may be extended.
  • Deliveries may be withheld until payment is received.

4. Final Delivery

Final project files, deployment, source code, credentials, or handover materials may be provided only after full payment clearance.

5. Payment Delays

Any delay in payment may result in:

  • Project suspension
  • Delivery delays
  • Additional administrative processing

6. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Advance payments are non-refundable.
  • Payments for completed milestones are non-refundable.
  • Customized development services are non-refundable once work has commenced.

7. Taxes & Fees

Applicable taxes, gateway fees, hosting fees, domain charges, and third-party service charges may be charged separately if not specifically included in the quotation.
