1. Acceptance
By using Infonix Cloud services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Service Scope
Infonix Cloud provides services including but not limited to:
- Web Development
- Mobile App Development
- Digital Marketing
- SEO Services
- Payment Gateway Integration
- Backend Development
- Frontend Development
- Landing Page Development
- Software Solutions
3. Project Commencement
Work will begin only after the required advance payment has been received.
4. Project Timeline
All committed timelines are based on working days only.
> Example: If a project timeline is 50 days, it refers to 50 working days and not necessarily 50 calendar days.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide:
- Required content
- Credentials
- Approvals
- Documents
- Third-party API access
Delays from the client side may impact delivery schedules.
6. Third-Party Delays
Infonix Cloud shall not be responsible for delays caused by:
- API providers
- Hosting providers
- Payment gateways
- Government approvals
- Third-party integrations
- External service providers
7. Revisions
Website and Mobile Application projects include:
- 2 Free Revisions
- Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
8. Delivery Acceptance
Once agreed deliverables have been completed and implemented, subsequent disputes regarding approved deliverables shall not create additional obligations for Infonix Cloud unless covered under a separate maintenance agreement.
9. Limitation of Liability
Infonix Cloud shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
10. Complaints & Support
Clients may:
- Raise complaints through the Client Portal
- Email support@infonixcloud.com
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues promptly.
