1. Project Initiation

  • Projects start only after advance payment is received.
  • Project requirements must be finalized before development begins.

2. Development Process

  • Development is performed according to approved quotations and scope.
  • Any new requirements outside the approved quotation may be treated as additional work and may incur additional charges.

3. Client Portal

Clients can access project-related information through the Infonix Cloud Client Manager Portal including:

  • Quotations
  • Invoices
  • Development Plans
  • Project Updates
  • Transactions
  • Complaints
  • Documents

4. Communication

Official communication may occur through:

  • Email
  • WhatsApp
  • Client Portal
  • Scheduled Meetings

5. Support

Support requests can be submitted via:

  • support@infonixcloud.com
  • Client Portal Complaint System

6. Hosting & Domain Renewals

If hosting or domain services are provided through Infonix Cloud:

  • Renewal charges apply monthly or yearly as applicable.
  • Clients will be notified before renewal dates.
  • Renewal reminders may be sent up to 30 days before expiration.
  • Failure to make renewal payments before expiry may result in suspension, expiration, or loss of the domain/hosting service.
  • Infonix Cloud shall not be responsible for losses resulting from non-payment of renewal fees by the client.
